I also could have probably better phrased this as what's being
worked out in the context of AUC is not what defines them as "users"
but rather what defines them as "contributors." The "story" of these
users is in many cases orthogonal to the ways in which they give
back to the OpenStack community as contributors, and it's the
various means of contribution which are being enumerated as a part
of this process.
