[Openstack-operators] Austin Summit Ops Summit - Agenda Brainstorming

All,

I did a quick count and we still have gaps for 7 general sessions and a 
few working sessions.

We need to get the draft agenda out ASAP, so please take a moment to 
have a look and add something to the etherpad :)
