[Openstack-operators] [openstack-dev] [puppet] Austin Design Summit space needs

Just for information, this is what I asked:

Fishbowl slots (Wed-Thu): 2
Workroom slots (Tue-Thu): 3
Contributors meetup (Fri): 1 if possible

Let's see if it's possible, I've been told it will be decided over the
next days.
