Open Stack

Hello,

I have recently installed a Liberty with 3 nodes (compute,network and
controller). On admin account or demo account i get "Error: Unable to
retrieve volume limit information" error on random pages.

A bug ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/charms/+source/cinder/+bug/1519967)
reported  that states to add following lines to cinder.conf
(/etc/cinder/cinder.conf)

encryption_auth_url=http://<controller_mgmt_ip>:5000/v3

but even it seems unrelated doing so did not work. For every error shown
horizon.log throws following lines
