With regards to inclusion in the install guide published to docs.o.o from openstack-manuals there has been a lot of debate about exactly how broad this should be - project-wise. See this thread regarding adding Manila for example:
http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-docs/2015-December/thread.html#8051
So there is probably a need for someone who wants to drive this to at least start the discussion with the install guide subteam on the docs list:
http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack-docs
I did start dummying up a very rough cut of what it might look like recently which I've thrown up as WIP though:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/283245/
This is just following the "normal" skeleton for a project in the install guide, no doubt there are additional/different steps for Magnum that need to be written particularly in the verification section. Note also this guide is published not just for RDO but also Debian, Ubuntu, and SUSE with repository configuration covered in earlier sections - are Magnum packages available for all of these (or at least on the way)?
Thanks,
Steve
