Hi all,

At the Austin summit, I've scheduled a Glance work session [1] for
gathering input on Glance deployments and feedback surrounding the same.
Also, I've taken the liberty to propose a few topics related to the same
at the discussion etherpad [2]. These are general discussion items that
you may want to already bring up however, it's not the agenda. We plan
to have a round table, free form session around different flavors and
scales of deployments and help guide the project in a way that may work
best for us all.

Pasting the topics here:

  * What's the strategy used for Glance deployments?
      o How many use public vs. private glance installations?
      o How many use glance registry?
  * Glance DB support
      o What databases are currently being used?
      o Who are using Galera?
  * Nova/Ironic image cache usage, glance image cache, performance,
    stability/reliability, etc
  * Deprecation of glance-registry service, any hurdles?

Please note: this is email thread for informational purposes and
feedback on the session scheduling only. If you'd like to discuss one or
more of the items, feel free to create a separate email thread for the
same. If not, we will plan to start threads after the summit when we
have more feedback gathered.
