[Openstack-operators] Operational Director?

Hello,

Yes and Yes and Yes.  It is about time to have more operators representation in the Board. Let me share something with you all based on my personal experience. Individual Directors for the Board is a very tough election. We need to be very unified and supportive.

I did good last year and therefore I decided to give it another try. I have already received a nomination which makes me feel that we have good changes to have  very strong Operators representation for the coming year in the Board!!

Yeah, I'd like to see that as well.  Joe Tapajian would be my pick.  But I don't see that happening.  Operators just don't have the voting power the devs do.  Unless someone wants to spam their own corp backers for voting support ( not really ethical, though obviously being done ).
