[Openstack-operators] Future of telco working group and weekly meeting reminder

Steve - Thanks for the update. Look forward to seeing the User Stories in the Repo and coming up to speed on them. If you have priorities around them, that would be good to know too as look for commonalities between these stories, the existing user stories and new ones under development.
