[Openstack-operators] Running mixed stuff Juno & Kilo , Was: cinder-api with rbd driver ignores ceph.conf

Belmiro are you running cinder-api and cinder-volume on a controller
node with other Juno services, or cinder was on a dedicated server or
container ?
