Hi Kevin,

thank you for reply, I'm using rabbitmqctl set_policy HA '^(?!amq\.).*'
'{"ha-mode": "all"}'

I will test with "ha-sync-mode":"automatic"' and net.ipv4.tcp_retries2=5
