Hello, OpenStack operators and OPNFV folks:

There is a "multisite" project  [1] in OPNFV to identify the use cases/requirement/gaps of OpenStack (including KeyStone, Nova, Cinder, Neutron, Glance, Ceilometer ) to support multi-site NFV cloud. Some use cases have been identified and discussed in the etherpad[2]. The team has weekly meeting every Thursday 8:00-9:00 UTC.

There is also one "Large Deployments Team"[3] in OpenStack operators community who have already deploy multi-site production cloud based on OpenStack, and one multi-site OPS session[4] was held in this OpenStack summit.

A lot of similar and overlapping topics in these two teams, it's good for both teams to exchange and discuss the use cases / requirements / gaps / solution.

Please feel free to share your use cases / requirements, and any solution proposal in this thread, let's speed up to address the multi-site issues.

And if it's necessary, we can schedule a bi-weekly meeting for both teams. Pls. reply this email what time would work for you if you are interested.
