[Openstack-operators] docker-juno installation failed

It looks like the pip dependencies didn't get installed.     I often have
better luck with `pip install .` inside the nova-docker directory.    if
that doesn't work you can try doing `pip install -r requirements.txt`  ...
of course it could also be that the package isn't actually listed in
requirements ...  in which case keep launching it and manuall installing
the missing pips `pip install concurrency` until it starts correctly.
you may then want to do push a review to the project with any updated
changes.

You can also hit up the #nova-docker irc channel on freenode for further
help.
