Hey Everyone,
I've been building RHEL-7 images with selinux set to both Enforcing and Permissive, regardless of the setting, the first time an instance is launched, there is the mandatory relabeling that happens on the first boot.

I'm wondering if I can run `fixfiles -f -F relabel` in the post-install.d of DIB to avoid this in the future.
Anyone else have this issue figured out?
