Open Stack

There is a periodically occurring error in trove-taskmanager. the error occurs every 6min (30 ticks):
ERROR trove.openstack.common.periodic_task [req-SOMETHING admin service - - -] Error during Manager.publish_exists_event: Malformed request URL: URL's project_id 'service' doesn't match Context's project_id 'SERVICE_PROJECT_ID' (HTTP 400) (Request-ID: req-SOMETHING)
where the SERVICE_PROJECT_ID is the real id of service project.
I am using openstack kilo neutron network under ubuntu (2015.1.0.0ubuntu1.2~cloud0). I already have the 'auth_strategy=keystone' in nova.conf and the error only occurs here.
