[Openstack-operators] mysql/postgres db not on controller ?

This is common to see for simple installations, but the database can be 
put on the controller or on its own node (or set of nodes) as necessary 
for the deployment you're standing up.

This is the case for all components. The database, messaging, and each 
of the rest of the OpenStack components. They can all be put together or 
separated as necessary for scale.
