[Openstack-operators] OpenStack Heat + SWIFT

Hi ,
I saw that but that require puppet infra in place. I was thinking why not
Heat itself , Why not Heat community is pushing to configure swift using
Heat templates. That  way we need not to worry about any other third party
software like pupplet and chef. Let me know if you have any reference to
use Heat to install swift.
