[Openstack-operators] Havana Dashboard crashed. (Premature end of script headers)

Hi, 

I am running Havana release from couple of months. Till yesterday everything was working fine but today all of a sudden dashboard crashed with the error message "Internal Server Error". 

Haven't changed anything and have know idea what went wrong. 

In the httpd/error_log file I have found following lines

Can someone give me some hints? Its really strange from last couple of months everything was so stable. I have restarted the httpd and memcached service as well but no luck ...
