[Openstack-operators] [User-committee] Call for Speakers Open, OpenStack Summit in Paris

I don't know how everyone else is voting, but i'll be voting based on
keyword analysis..

example you use the word webscale and I give you a negative mark

use the word openvms and i give you a positive mark.
