[Openstack-operators] Wrong URL returned on Keystone /v2.0

Hi Ops,

What a good information!

I've been struggling with the problem for glance and can't find a 
similar config in glance.conf. Does someone happen to know a way to 
change a location url prefix in responses of create images API?
