Great point.

I guess maybe i should have started with this, is there an
#openstack-operators channel?  I just joined it and it seems @boris-42 is
there. I don't thin think this is official, so maybe move over to
#openstack-ops?

Maybe start out with just a channel dedicated to us then attempt to have
the meetups at two different times? One for the North American crowd and
one for groups that are effected like George?
