Open Stack

I will be coming to the ops meetup. My plan was mostly to float around
being helpful where I can, but I'm happy to take questions in a
neutron to nova-network upgrade session. Its one of the topics from
our mid-cycle meetup that I haven't covered yet, so there might also
be a write up before then of our discussion too.
