[Openstack-operators] Do you recommend large subnets in provider network?

I'm afraid that you'll find the number of folks that use provider network
is very small, unfortunately.  We also use a /22, and it works well for us,
but that will depend on a few things.  Your hardware will need to be able
to support sufficiently large MAC/ARP tables, and your apps will make a
large impact as well.
