[Openstack-operators] Nova Cells - expected behaviour.

Hi,
I'm trying to scope out Nova Cells, and have set it up with 2 cells currently. The scheduling is working fine and I can spin up/delete instances without issue.
I know, from the Nova Cells discussion, features like "security-groups" were marked as "not implemented" at the moment, what else is included in the list of "currently not-implemented" features? I couldn't get flavors to be added properly either (this allows you the select the new flavor when you spin up a new instance, but the instance will just fail) I'm not sure if this is a configuration issue on my part, or "working as expected" in the current implementation of Nova Cells. Since the DB isn't populated with the new flavor in the cells I assume thats not implemented yet.
Additionally, I'm not able to create networks at the api level, this errors (again not sure if this is working as expected or not) - so in order to get instances to be able to connect to eachother it would take quite a bit of consideration around the networking. I'm wondering what the best way to add flavors/security-groups/networks would be, assuming it isn't implemented - I'd guess manual db edit?
Since Nova Cells is marked as "experimental" I'd like to determine how much of this is "expected at current" or "in the works/ideally will be fixed" vs "you're doing it wrong", so if anybody has any extra information/details that'd be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Andy
