[Openstack-operators] Inject public IP address in the VM

What about IPv6? Basically, there is no NAT when dealing with IPv6... Lets
make OpenStack fully IPv6-ready!

Public IPs everywhere!   ;-)

Don't have a fixed IPv6 block?
Go to SixxS.net or TunnelBroker.net!

My OpenStack Dashboard already have its IPv6 address... And some internal
components too, resolving its IPv6 addr via DNS...
