Open Stack

Hi,
   We are trying to explore the cinder block storage option in openstack, I
have an HP NAS box(windows 2012 based customized OS) with 3TB of storage ,
can i make use of that to allocate block storage to Instances through
openstack,

If so, should i have to attach the 3TB to controller box through ISCSI box
(or do we have any drivers which can be used directly) and then have to
create Volume Groups which can be used for Block Storage using iscsi target?

Can someone guide me how to use the NAS box for block storage purpose.
