[Openstack-operators] Cannot create Instances

Hi Joe,
Indeed. My SQLServer 2K instances are running fine and I'm able to
snaphot live.
The main issue was with the IIS6.0/ASP2.0 instances. I had very hard
time trying to understand the root cause, it took 3 weeks of long pain
by testing any combination.
