[Openstack-operators] Access Swift storage via cyberDuck

Hi Vivek -
I haven't tested these instructions with the current release, but please
try this:
http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-object-storage/admin/content/part-ii-configuring-cyberduck.html
and let me know how it goes. We can update the docs as needed for the
latest.
