[Openstack-operators] How many NIC do I need for installing Essex

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your advice.
Can I replace;
172.16.0.254 with 192.168.0.100
and
11.0.0.1 with 192.168.0.101
?
Because 172.16.0.254 and 11.0.0.1 are not in the range of IP address of the router
