Open Stack

Hi All,

I'm trying to use the meta data service, i have added the iptables rule to route to the nova-api service,  

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d 169.254.169.254/32 -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -j DNAT --to-destination 131.227.75.5:8773

and if I start an instance I can curl http://169.254.169.254/2009--04-04/meta-data/instance-id

and the above works, but when using cloud-init the instance boot up just hangs with url error.

I'm using diablo and lucid for the instances.

Any help appreciated!
