It doesn't matter whether the host machine is restarted... the UNIX user
you are using to log in to the host machine remains the same, and that's
user's /home/satimis directory is still present. That is the directory I
am referring to...

Yeah, I'm not talking about the Keystone user or the OpenStack users
that spin up VMs. I'm talking about the UNIX user that has SSH abilities
to the host machine that provides the environment for the guest VMs to
spawn.
