Hi John,
You can set the flag "max_cores" which is "maximum number of instance cores to allow per host".
Default value for max_cores is 16.

All,
Is it possible to set options for nova-scheduler to limit the number of instances that the scheduler will start on a given compute node?
So somethign similar to MAX_CORES option in eucalyptus.
