[Openstack-operators] configuring the scheduler

Hi,

I'm running Diablo and looking for advice on configuring the scheduler. I have compute nodes of differing capabilities and would like to be able to describe that to the scheduler so it can make decisions based on that information. 

Does anybody know how to do something like this?
