[Openstack-operators] Dashboard for StackOps

Hi Michael,
the dashboard works on top of StackOps, but the Openstack Dashboard right
now is migrating from the EC2 API to Openstack API. As a collateral now the
dashboard cannot manage Security Groups, so from my perspective the
dashboard is not fully functional now. This is the reason why we don't
bundle it in our distro. Keep in mind that one of the goals of the distro is
to bundle stable versions of the different components, we try to avoid
development releases.
As an alternative, Hybridfox works very well.
