[Openstack-operators] nova-manage: unexpected keyword argument 'timeout' error

FYI. I was able to get the credentials created with Diablo2, just
reinstalled everything with the new rpm
()http://openstackgd.wordpress.com/2011/07/11/diablo-2-milestone-rpms/).

I also saw this post:

but didn't try the patch.
