Open Stack

HI ,

I am trying to deploy swift and test it on a virtual machine with ubuntu
10.04.1 OS (guest )
I followed the steps given in SAIO doc
while iam trying to add the user I am getting error as follows

root at test1:~# swift-auth-add-user -U shashi -K devauth -a  test tester
testing -c /etc/swift/auth-server.conf
Update failed: 403 Forbidden

root at test1:~# recreateaccounts
Auth subsystem prep failed: 404 Not Found
Account creation failed: 403 Forbidden
User creation failed: 403 Forbidden
Account creation failed: 403 Forbidden
User creation failed: 403 Forbidden
Account creation failed: 403 Forbidden
User creation failed: 403 Forbidden
Account creation failed: 403 Forbidden
User creation failed: 403 Forbidden

I tried with both authentication mechanisms ,,, devauth and swauth

giving the same error as 403: forbidden

Can someone help me to resolve this error
