Please continue this discussion elsewhere (for example the
openstack-discuss at lists.openstack.org mailing list).

As Clark tried to explain earlier, you seem to have accidentally
found the mailing list used to coordinate maintaining the systems
and services which are *used by* the OpenStack community. The
mailing list you are mistakenly discussing this on is not intended
for general discussions about how to install or use OpenStack, it's
a list about things like the OpenDev source code hosting, code
review and gating CI systems, as well as task tracking services,
documentation hosting, mailing list servers, wiki... not actually
about deploying and running OpenStack itself though.
