Hello everyone,

Over the past few days I've been working to test that my test lists.openstack.org server (booted from snapshot of the prod server then upgraded in place with do-release-upgrade) works as expected. I think I've got everything nailed down but our plan for dealing with dmarc_moderation_action configuration items in mailman. I've been taking notes on an etherpad [0] if you are curious about the process and what has been tested.

Under list item 5.2.6 on the etherpad I have listed out ideas for how we can handle dmarc_moderation_action. I'd like to have a rough plan for that before we upgrade, and I'd like to upgrade soon so any input is much appreciated. If you can please look over that list and give your thoughts on this thread or on the etherpad.
