You will need to remove the puppet element from the elements list under
the diskimages configuration in /etc/nodepool/nodepool.yaml. Updating
the repos got you the latest elements but may not have updated your site
local nodepool.yaml as I expect that to be local config (it has info in
it like your clouds and what images to use, etc which is not common
config).
