Subject: [OpenStack-Infra] The problem occurs when I follow the instructions to establish the 3rd CI system

Dear all,

I have created the VM for establishing the 3rd  CI system.
However, when I follow the steps which shown in https://docs.openstack.org/infra/openstackci/third_party_ci.html#start-zuul
and execute the command ¡°sudo service zuul start¡±,

the log (/var/log/zuul/zuul.log):

So I cannot build the image¡­.

Could anyone tell me how to fix this problem?
