I'll be happy to help you get the tags and branches set up this cycle,
to give you time to either learn to do it next cycle or to apply for
official status so the release team can manage it.

To work out the details, we can either talk in #openstack-release
or you can email me to let me know what SHA you want to use for the
third milestone tag for Ocata.
