We don't usually delete gerrit accounts, just disable them. For the most part,
you are able to change the email addresses yourself via your profile in gerrit.
Do you have access to both accounts?
What I suggest, move ng-openstack-ci at netapp.com to the proper account, which you
want to keep. And any other accounts, we can simply disable.
