Open Stack

Hi all.

we are managing intel-nfv-ci and starting on Monday we are having an issue with unstable connectivity to OVH server during
uploading of results of Jenkins run, producing unstable results on ci-watch

we see quite regular 15 mins of outages nearly every second hr,
during those outage we can't connect even manually via ssh to OVH file server (ftp.cluster011.ovh.net<ftp://ftp.cluster011.ovh.net>)
and receiving different errors like:


*         Connection refused

*         ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer

*         ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

Is it a known problem ?
Is anyone else from the Openstack CI contributors having the same troubles ?
