[OpenStack-Infra] Design summit session planning

It's approaching time to finalize our session schedule. Just to
recap, we have five workrooms, one fishbowl and a half-day sprint
alloted. There are six good ideas on the planning pad[*] now, so
unless anyone thinks those are things we _shouldn't_ cover in one of
our six session slots or comes up with better alternative topics
_very_ quickly, it's just a matter of picking which times we want
for each topic and which one gets the fishbowl:

  1. status update and plans for task tracking
  2. document/reset test environment expectations
  3. discuss next steps for infra-cloud
  4. interactive infra-cloud debugging
  5. plan or work on further expansion of firehose
  6. finish the Xenial jobs transition for stable/newton

My suggestion is to put task tracking (1) in the Thursday afternoon
fishbowl as it has broad cross-project implications and presumably a
wider audience. Of the five remaining topics, two are about
infra-cloud (3,4) and two are about test environments/jobs (2,6) so
it might make the most sense to pair those up back-to-back in our
Friday morning workrooms. That leaves firehose (5) as the straggler
for the Wednesday afternoon workroom. Any other ideas?
