Yes, it is a good place to propose any design discussion related to infra.

We will look at all proposed ideas and make decisions about what gets a
slot and when in a bit (not sure when we will start) so all ideas are
welcome at this stage.

Hopefully you will be attending summit and will identify yourself as
chair/moderator of the session you are proposing.

Detail is appreciated as not everyone may understand the significance of
your proposal.
