As a data-point from Ubuntu-land, the Ubuntu wikis (MoinMoin, not
MediaWiki, but also requiring Launchpad OpenID auth) have also been
subject to attack since mid-December, so there are definitely spam bot
scripts out there that now that know how to create Launchpad accounts
to spam various types of wikis.
