[OpenStack-Infra] Pholio Spec 340641

Craige, i am trying to install this https://review.openstack.org/#/c/342481
on a vagrant machine

my init.pp looks like

class { 'phabricator':
  mysql_user_password  => "1qaz2wsx",
  mysql_root_password  => "1qaz2wsx",
}

but i am getting Error: Could not find class ::phabricator::certificates

where does is defiened that class ?
