Two things, it being 11:40 and the lunch break is scheduled for 11:45

one or both of Clint or Colleen need to be present when we have the
opportunity to meet. Secondly, I believe Clint at least was aware of the
conversation when the meeting was proposed and didn't speak up about
attending.

Barring an objection and given they are available, I accept the proposal
to include one or both.
