Hello,

The infra team will not be upgrading gerrit tomorrow, as a result the
planned outage will not occur. We do not have a date yet that we will be
doing the upgrade, when we get one we will send out a notice to the
list. If you have any questions you can hop in #openstack-infra and ask.
