Hello Infra folks
As per our latest conversations, I proposed a pull request to 
puppetlabs-apache module, adding the feature of creating a virtualhost 
providing the raw content, instead of relying on puppet parameters and 
template concats to generate it.

I also raised the topic on #puppet-dev channel, and they told me to 
attend the puppet meeting tomorrow at 10:30 PST . I can't attend but it 
will be good if some of the infra people interested in that, could 
attend to explain the reason of that pull request, why do we think is 
important for us and how this will help #openstack-infra to adopt the 
puppetlabs-apache module.

Also, if you have any feedback about the content of that pull request, 
any corrections or improvements, it will be certainly appreciated.
