[OpenStack-Infra] Resigning as StoryBoard-Core

Hi Michael
Sorry to hear about that. As you know I also had expressed my decision 
of resigning to be core, as I was unable to contribute to the project in 
the latest month.
I wasn't doing that before to try to support you and evaluate your 
changes. But it doesn't make any sense to continue like that now.
So i'll be resigning as well, and I hope that there is some better 
environment for StoryBoard to settle, and have more active contributors.

It has been a pleasure to work on that, and learned a lot of you.
